Egyptian director born on 18 December 1944. He graduated from the High Cinema Institute with a directing degree in 1966. His first short film was titled "The Shadow of the Lake". He worked as an AD on the films I, My Daughter, and Love, and The Innocents. He worked as a production manager on the film Shadows on the Other Side.
