A Syrian actor, born in Damascus in 1917. He loved acting and cinema since his childhood, and in the early 1940s he traveled to Egypt to study acting, and there he got to know many Egyptian actors such as Youssef Wahby and Naguib El Rehany. On the advice of actor Mohamed Abdel...Read more Qodos, he returned to Syria to establish the Syrian Acting and Music Ensemble with a group of artists such as Rafik Shoukry, Hikmat Mohsen, and Fahd Kayekaty. Some of his credits include The Creepers (1990), The Reward (1989) and The Doctor (1988). He died on 11 October 2014.
