Egyptian director, born on 7/11/1946 in Cairo. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree from the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts, Department of Arts and Criticism of the Academy of Arts and a postgraduate diploma from the Higher Institute of Art Criticism, Academy of Arts. He obtained also a doctorate from the University of Berlin. He directed cinematic films such as Teenage Love (1970) and the series, Fear.
