Egyptian actor, songwriter, and musician born in Qena Governorate in 1954. He began his career as an actor on the Assiut University theater and won Best Actor in 1979 for his role in a play titled The Planners. He wrote for famous singers such as Mohamed Fouad, Hamid El Shaeri, and Hisham Abbas, and his songs were featured in works such as Ismailia: Back and Forth, Get Rich or get Enamored, and Bono Bono.
