Tamer Saad Abdul Hakim was born in Giza. He received a Bachelor degree of Social Services. He started his acting career in 2000 through his participation in the university theater and then took part in a number of secondary roles. Until he became a professional actor and a member of the Syndicate of Artists. In 2011, Sherin Adel nominated him for a role in the TV series Al-Rayyan, and in the same year Tamer Hosny gave him a small role in the TV series Adam.
