She is an American actress, born on July 5, 1963 in Brooklyn, New York. She won the Emmy Award four times for Best Actress in 1999, 2001, and 2003 for The Sopranos and in 2010 for Nurse Jackie. She made her acting debut in Sweet Lorraine (1987). She is known for Sunshine State and 30 Rock.
