A German author, born in Hanau, Germany. He worked with his brother to compile many classic stories and publish them in a children's book, between 1812 and 1815. Among those stories are "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs," "Little Red Riding Hood," and "Cinderella." Their stories gained international fame. The Brüder-Grimm Museum was established in the German city of Kassel. He died on September 20, 1863. His credits include Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937) and Tangled (2010).
