An Egyptian actor who started his career as an actor and theater director. He appeared in a number of successful series, including The Age of the Imams (1997), Arabesque (1994), and The Knights (1995). He recently turned to writing, he has many successful dramas, most notably A Date with Monsters (2010) with Khaled Saleh, and A Kite (2008) with Mervat Amin.
