Moroccan writer, researcher and sociologist, born in 1951 in the city of Khouribga, western Morocco. He holds a state doctorate in sociology. He has several books, most notably on the sociology of modern Moroccan thought and a contemplative study of the reality of Moroccan society in the mid-sixties, among others.
