As the family gathers at the grandfather's house around the Ramadan table, the grandfather controls everything in the house.

Mitlaj is taken to the hospital after being electrocuted. Bouklesh and his father wish to fing a job for Salem, while Bouklesh prevents his children from visiting their uncle Khalifa. Mitlaj decides to propose to Sarah, who agrees.

Bouklesh kicks Salem out of the house after not finding any work, and Mitlaj feels Sarah's love for him.

Salem gets a job, only for him to be fired from it because he doesn't have a suitable educational qualification.

Umm Salem (Salem's mother) is thinking of leaving her husband, Bouklesh. Everyone looks for Salem after he left the house, and Bouklesh hits Samir for failing at school.

The grandfather asks Samir to leave the club and focus on his studies, and Sarah marries Juma.

Mitlaj is saddened by Sarah's marriage to Juma, and Umm Salem leaves the house. News of Bouklesh's death spreads, but it turns out that he is still alive.

Mitlaj receives treatment in the hospital after being heartbroken by Sarah's marriage. Bouklesh quarrels with Souad because he objects to what she writes in the magazine.

Abu Saad (Saad's father) leaves the house and thinks of teaching, while Mitlaj is still shocked and saddened over Sarah.

Souad leaves the house, and the police arrest Samir after he quarreled with his friend.

Saad quarrels with Samir over breaking Adel's arm, and the doctor tries to convince Saad to let Souad resume her studies.

Juma tries to convince Sarah to have children, and Souad is still overcome with depression.

A painful accident happens to Saad, and he is taken to the hospital, and Souad loses the ability to speak after feeling excessively depressed.

Things get worse with Saad at work and after he is discharged from the hospital. Sarah discovers her pregnancy, while Mitlaj marries Ahlam.

Salem leaves the house, and his grandfather returns to the house, only to find a change for the worse among the family members.

As Sarah gives birth, Samir is accused of theft and arrested by the police. Saad succeeds in launching a new project, but he becomes sad about his family and its breakup.
