Umm Fatima (Fatima's mother) controls her daughter's money and refuses that Fatima's husband, Abu Saleh, manage the company. The latter agrees with his assistant Nafie to falsely claim that there is a big business deal in order to obtain money from her. Hamdan wants to marry off his sister Ruqaya.

A guy proposes to Ruqaya, but when he meets her, he runs away. Marzouk asks Thabet to provide him with all the information about Abu Musameh (Musameh's father). Meanwhile, Abu Saleh hides money in an old television set.

Musameh returns to the country after completing his studies abroad, and his father tries to force him to work with him in the company. Abu Saleh is upset that his brother Abu Musameh has won a commercial tender. Saleh asks his mother to help him propose to Salwa.

Abu Musameh asks his son to travel to follow up on the company’s project, and Abu Saleh refuses his son’s engagement to Salwa, so Umm Fatima bargains with him to agree in exchange for paying him a sum of money. Ruqaya decides to work as a broadcaster.

Abu Saleh agrees with Hamdan to get Ruqaya married to his son Saleh to achieve personal interests. Hamdan likes Haila and is thinking about marrying her. Musameh asks his father to patch things up with his uncle Abu Saleh.

Ruqaya discovers Saleh's relationship with Salwa, but Abu Saleh forces his son to propose to Ruqaya officially in order to complete his business deal with Hamdan.

Salwa is saddened by Saleh and Ruqaya's engagement, so Umm Fatima agrees with her daughter and grandchildren to go on strike at home until Abu Saleh reverses his decision. Hamdan hires Haila in his factory to be near her, and Saleh leaves the house.

Abu Saleh decides to search for his son. Musameh visits his uncle's house and likes Haila. Saleh agrees with his grandmother, Umm Fatima, to disappear for a while in order to force his father to agree to his marriage to Salwa.

Abu Saleh feigns illness so that Hamdan and Ruqaya do not discover that Saleh left the house, and the latter is forced to return home, and he goes with his grandmother to ask for Salwa’s hand in marriage without his father’s knowledge.

Abu Saleh asks Abu Salwa to refuse his daughter’s marriage to Saleh and accuses him of being after his money. Musameh proposes marriage to Haila.

Ruqaya quarrels with Abu Salwa and accuses his daughter of stealing her fiancé, Saleh. Hamdan blackmails him and asks him to break off Salwa and Saleh’s engagement, otherwise he will report the bank checks without balance to the police. Abu Musameh refuses his son's marriage to Salwa.

Saleh marries Salwa and lives in her father's house. Abu Saleh falls ill and imagines his money getting stolen from the old television. Things are patched up between Abu Musameh and Abu Saleh.

Ruqaya insists on taking over the management of her brother Hamdan's factory, and refuses to partner up with Abu Saleh, who places impossible conditions on Musameh so that he does not marry his daughter.

Hamdan agrees with Abu Saleh on the latter’s marriage to Ruqaya. Fatima pretends to be crazy when she learns of the agreement. Musameh asks his father to give him his inheritance from his mother's estate so that he can fulfill Abu Saleh’s requests.

Hamdan offers Nafie to work with him. Abu Musameh agrees to let his son marry Haila and to give him his inheritance from his mother's estate. Umm Fatima bargains with Abu Saleh again not to marry Ruqaya in exchange for lending him a large sum of money.

Nafie marries Ruqaya, and on the night of Haila and Sameh's wedding, Abu Musameh suffers a heart attack and the marriage is postponed, so Haila agrees to marry Hamdan.

Nafie manages Ruqaya's money in the company. Marzouk and the employee Thabet steal the money of Abu Musameh's company. Abu Saleh goes crazy after his money is stolen from the television set. Musameh returns to Haila to announce their marriage.
