William tells the journalist Salam to make an interview with the director, Adony, who gets close to her and insists on going with her to her sister Nada's party.

Adony takes Salam's brother, Sherif, to a hospital. Salam meets Adony's girlfriend Rania. Sherif is a drug addict. Salam rejects William's attempt to get back together.

As Salam tries to solve her family's problems, Adony decides to get close to her despite the age difference between them. She visits him at his home, and he discovers her previous relationship with William.

As Adony and Salam grow closer, she tells him the details of her relationship with William, and Adony falls in love with her. When Salam discovers that William has Parkinson's disease, he asks her to keep his secret.

Salam is torn between returning to William due to his illness and following her feelings for Adony. Sherif continues to cause more problems for his family.

After leaving his home, Adony follows Salam who goes to William's house to help him with his work. William tells Salam about his jealousy of Adony.

As Salam tells Adony about William’s illness and her promise to help him, she asks him to stay away from her. Salam is shocked to learn about Sherif's addiction to cocaine. Out of jealousy, Rania reveals to Salam that Adony is a womanizer who neglects his son.

Salam's mother gets angry after Adony kisses her daughter and she accuses her of being cheap. Salam leaves and goes to Adony's house, and she discovers more about his life.

Salam goes to Nahia’s house. William asks Salam to marry him. Rania breaks into Adony’s house, and Salam is surprised by them, so she escapes to Mona's house.

William continues to pressure Salam to marry him. Nada discovers Marwan's betrayal. Salam rents an apartment for herself.

As Adony and Salam reunite, he is tormented by his attempt to hold back his feelings, which makes them fight.

After Mona tells Adony and Salam that she found out that her husband is sterile and that he deceived her, Salam tells Adony that she also wants to have children and get married.

Salam helps Mona after her husband's illness. Nada returns to see her ex-boyfriend. Sherif steals Soha's money to buy drugs. Both Adony and Salam lose control of their feelings, and Salam regrets it afterward.

When Salam returns home to bring her belongings, she discovers that Sherif is involved in bigger problems. Sherif gets arrested after a gang frames him for murder.

When Salam hires the lawyer Michel to defend Sherif, he tells her that he's innocent of murder and must be sent to a psychiatric hospital. Salam promises her family to help them with Sherif’s ordeal. When Adony visits Salam, she pushes him away.

Adony refuses to stay away from Salam. When he nearly gives up, Mona advises him not to, because Salam loves him. Nada returns to her father's house.

Adony continues to pursue Salam and William sees them. Nada tells her husband that she might be pregnant. As Salam looks for a job at the university, she feels jealous after Dana invites her and Adony to dinner.

Nada discovers her pregnancy. William continues to plead with Salam to marry him. Adony tells Dana about his relationship with Salam.

Salam is pleased with the news of her brother's release. Nada announces her pregnancy. After Dana tells Salam about Adony’s bad mental state, they reconcile.

Salam tells Adony about William's possessive love for her and her compassion for him for his illness. Marwan fails to reconcile with Nada. Mona undergoes IVF.

Nada returns to Marwan's house. Adony helps bring Salam's brother back home. Adony talks to William after Salam forgets her cell phone in Adony's car.

Marwan promises Nada to be faithful and asks her to stay with him. Salam confesses her love for Adony and makes peace with her feelings, while William grows angry about their relationship.

Adony's father rejects his son's relationship with Salam and threatens to cut ties with him if their relationship continues. Nada is torn about her decision to continue her life with Marwan or not. William's sister brings his test results to Salam to prove to her that he will not die soon.

When Salam confronts William with his lies, he tells her that if she doesn't marry him, she will lose her job. Nada chooses to stay with her husband. Adony and Salam get engaged and decide to travel abroad before the wedding.
