As Asfour's father quarrels with the bean seller, the latter beats him severely. The police come to arrest Asfour in his house after the landlord files a complaint against him when he refuses to evacuate his apartment after the decision to demolish it was issued.

Asfour's children ask him to go to his friend Santawy and request that he give him an apartment in his new tower. But when Asfour refuses, they decide to go to Santawy and ask him themselves, only for Santawy to throw them out of his home.

Asfour's daughter, Afaf, gives birth to her new baby. Santawy proposes to Asfour that he sells the Dream Tower to him in a sham sale and gives him an apartment inside the tower to live in for a year, so that Santawy can legally sell the rest of the tower apartments.

Asfour goes with his family to live in the tower. After Santawy places a huge ad in the newspapers to promote his new tower, the singer Soso Tarab arrives as the first woman to request an apartment in the building.

Santawy comes to Asfour's house to take the money he got for selling the apartment. But when Asfour discovers that the money he put is not there, Santawy accuses him of theft.

Asfour discovers that his wife is the one who hid the money in order not to be lost. As Asfour returns the money to Santawy, he rebukes him for what he did to him and for exposing him in front of the company employees.

When a person called Mr. Minister comes to the building, Asfour believes that he is a minister, but he discovers by chance that this is only his name. Other people come to buy apartments in the building.

Asfour gets angry after learning that his father and son have gone to move Soso's furniture. As his wife tells him that they have been in Soso's apartment for a long time ago, Asfour quarrels with Soso Tarab.

When the police arrest Santawy's wife, Zizi, Santawy's daughter calls Asfour and asks for his help. Asfour goes to search the police stations for Zizi.

When the Mayor feels bored, he tells Asfour that he will sit by the building's entrance for a change in scenery. But all the residents think that he is the doorman, and they ask him to move their things.

The police arrest Asfour and accuse him of fraud. After Mohsen comes from abroad and lives in his apartment in the building, he gets to know the Mayor.

Asfour is released after his innocence is proven. As the residents of the building celebrate his release by throwing him a small party, they all discover that there is something stolen from them.

Asfour discovers that Santawy's wife Zizi is the one who robbed the guests and goes to tell her husband. Santawy asks his wife to bring the stolen items and threatens her.

Mohsen borrows the furniture of his neighbor, Samir, after learning that his mother and mother-in-law will come to visit him and his wife. Mr. Minister gets angry at the frequent water cuts in the building.

Asfour's wife, Sania, teaches the wife of Mr.Minister a harsh lesson after provoking her. Santawy issues a decision to promote Asfour to the rank of deputy director.

When Zizi visits her son Samy at work, she finds his colleague's bag and steals its contents. Samir gets angry with his mother-in-law after learning that she goes to see Ibrahim Al-Muftah without his knowledge.

Asfour sits with Soso to comfort her after she was severely beaten at a wedding. Asfour discovers that the Mayor is trying to hang himself with a rope.

Asfour's son tries to get close to Mervat, Santawy's daughter, but she rejects him. Ibrahim Al-Muftah proposes to Zahia, Samir's mother-in-law.

As the sewage water leaks into the building, the residents gather around Asfour's apartment, demanding that he fix it. Asfour turns to Khalil the plumber to save the situation.

Soso Tarab and the Mayor ask to buy the garage from Asfour in order to open a nightclub. As they insist, he refuses their request.

Santawy pressures Asfour to agree to rent the garage to residents who want to rent it in exchange for an amount of money for each part that gets rented.

Samir tells Ibrahim Al-Muftah that his mother-in-law wakes up and repeats the word "I killed him", as he tries to make him change his mind about marrying her.

When Samy invites Asfour and his family to the engagement of his sister Mervat, Asfour hesitates at first, and then he agrees and gathers his family and goes to the party. Zizi gets angry after learning that Asfour and his family will come to her daughter's engagement party.

After Santawy learns that the father of Nabil, his daughter Mervat's fiancé, has been dismissed from his job, he decides to break off Nabil's engagement to her. Nabil tries to return to Mervat again, but to no avail.

Mukhlis tries to convince Soso Tarab to buy the roof in order to make her dream come true and build a nightclub on it; Santawy pressures Asfour to agree.

Samir quarrels with his mother-in-law because of her frequent dates with Ibrahim Al-Muftah. Adel quarrels with his wife Afaf because of her desire to work with Inas, the wife of Khalil the plumber.

As Asfour writes his resignation and sends it to Santawy in his office, Santawy visits him at his home and asks him to withdraw the resignation, but he refuses.

Mukhlis asks Santawy to try to make his son Samy get close to Asfour's daughter, Laila, so that they can control Asfour. Samir agrees to the marriage of his mother-in-law to Ibrahim Al-Muftah.

Santawy asks Asfour to abandon the management of the building and conduct the elections for the board of directors. Ibrahim Al-Muftah runs for the presidency of the board of directors of the building. The Mayor sells his land to build a nightclub for his beloved Soso Tarab.

The board of directors approves a project to open a nightclub for Soso Tarab. The police arrest Adel because of his involvement in the work of the fraudster Ibrahim. The Tower of Dreams collapses, and the prosecution summons Asfour. As Santawy admits that he's the one responsible, Asfour is released.
