A man travels to London after lying to his family that he is sick and needs treatment, and sends a message to his nephew that he will go to London for treatment. However, he escapes from his nephew there, who believed that he is sick and did not know that he is lying. However, after his uncle escapes from the hospital, he contacts his uncle's wife to come and save her husband.
