Murad gets the company in trouble after telling its owner, Jalal, that the Customs Authority has raised the duties on stationery. Jalal asks Yosri to take action to get the shipment out of customs. Reem rebuffs Sameh and treats him harshly.

Faten asks her brother, Yosri, to confess his love to Reham. Murad takes his sister, Dalal, and they travel to their hometown in the country. The mayor tries to get close to Dalal and ask for her hand in marriage, but she rebuffs him.

Yosri tells Jalal that the company is facing a big crisis with the Tax Authority. He also tells him that customers are returning books and stationery to the company on the pretext that they have become old, and he asks him to review the company's policy so that it does not go bankrupt.

Murad steals the tax ledgers from the company. Jalal goes crazy after learning about the theft of the ledgers and holds Yosri fully responsible. Yosri works with Hamdi to return the ledgers and they succeed in the matter. Fawzia stirs up Jalal against Yosri.

Jalal accuses Yosri of hiding the ledgers in his office in order to cause a big crisis for the company. Aziz, the office boy, admits to placing the ledgers on Yosri's desk without his knowledge and while he was unaware of their importance.

Jalal tells Yosri that he has noticed his great admiration for his daughter, Reham, and that he will not find a good husband for her but him. Reem accuses Dalal of theft and assaults her.

As Yosri discovers that Murad has tampered with the company's ledgers and receipts, he asks him to resign or he will have him imprisoned. When Yosri proposes to Reham, she rejects him in front of everyone despite her father's approval.

Reham notices that Marwan likes her. Jalal asks Yosri to overcome the shock of Reham's rejection of him and focus only on his work.

Jalal asks Yosri to hire his brother, Sameh, in the company with a good salary. Shukri warns Murad against tampering with the company's ledgers and tells him that he knows what he did in Jalal's company.

Murad takes over the management of Shukri's company after he died of a heart attack, whereupon Murad goes to Jalal and tells him that he owns Shukri's company after his death and that he is ready to lend him a sum of money to get the paper deal.

Yosri submits his resignation and asks Jalal to accept it. As Yosri reveals Hamdi's tampering with the company's documents and ledgers, he retracts his resignation.

Murad asks his men to burn Jalal's paper warehouse. Jalal goes crazy after learning that his warehouse has been burned, but as he goes with Allam to put out the fire, Allam dies in the fire.

Dalal and her brother, Murad, decide to take revenge on Jalal and his family. As Reem and Reham sell their jewelry, she asks her father to take the money to help restore the company.

Hamdi decides to work in Murad's company. Yosri tells Jalal that he will not abandon him in his ordeal and will not leave the company under any circumstances.

Marwan tells Reham that the forensic report showed that the fire in her father's warehouse was arson. Reham refuses Murad's accusation of her father that he burned the warehouse for the insurance money.

The Prosecutor General orders Jalal's release on bail pending trial due to his health condition. Yosri suspects that Murad and Dalal are behind the burning of the warehouse.

Reham tells her father that Murad is the one who bought the villa and the company at the auction. When Murad proposes to Reham, she agrees and asks her father to agree.

Faten asks her brother, Yosri, to forget about his love for Reham and pay attention to himself and his work. Murad holds a party for his engagement to Reham.

Dalal tells Yosri that all of her brother Murad's property is in her name and that she bought Jalal's company and villa at the auction.

Dalal tries to humiliate Jalal and his family by any means possible and tells them that the villa is hers. Jalal suffers a heart attack after learning that Dalal owns the villa and company.

Reham tells Murad that Dalal tried to humiliate her father in front of her and asks him to intervene and stop his sister. Dalal tells Yosri that she still loves him.

Faten becomes blind after having a serious accident. The doctor tells Yosri that his sister Faten's chance of recovery is very low.

Yosri accuses Jalal of burning the warehouse in order to collect the full amount of insurance from the company. Jalal defends himself in front of his children and tells them that he had no hand in burning the warehouse.

Yosri asks Murad to work in his company, after which he asks for Dalal's hand from Murad, and the latter agrees. Yosri holds a party for his engagement to Dalal.

Yosri hatches a plot to get back at Murad and Dalal. Reem collapses after learning that Dalal has decided to kick them out of the villa. Dalal tells Yosri that her brother, Murad, is the cause of all these troubles.

As Murad quarrels with Yosri, the latter threatens him. Murad uses one of his men to plant drugs in Yosri's office, after which Murad reports Yosri to the police for drug dealing.

Maryam decides to take revenge on Dalal and attacks her, but Yosri comes at the right moment and saves Dalal from death. Hammam tells Dalal that Maryam is her daughter, Farha, and that he has kept the secret all these years.

Maryam learns that Dalal is her mother and refuses to live with her. Faten marries the doctor who treats her. Yosri tells Dalal that he will help her to get her daughter, Maryam, back.

Dalal tells Yosri that she will stand by him against her brother, Murad. As Sameh tries to steal important files from Murad's office, the security guard arrests him.

Murad's secretary goes to Marwan's office, informs him of all his misdeeds and crimes, and gives him all the evidence that incriminates him. Marwan arrests Murad. Jalal returns to his company. Dalal asks her daughter, Maryam, to forgive her. Reham agrees to marry Yosri.
