Set against the backdrop of the Six-Day War until after the 1973 Arab–Israeli War; the events monitor the changes that occurred from 1967 to 1977 through the story of Zooba, who believes that her husband is martyred; however, he returns and finds that she has married his friend Hassan. To solve the problem, a lawyer suggests that she get a divorce from both spouses.
