Rose has heart surgery in Paris, and Mashary is upset to learn that she intends to return to Kuwait. Salwa complains to her brother about her husband's miserliness and his control of her wealth. Umm Mashary (Mashary's mother) suffers through her daughter-in-law's mistreatment of her.

As Rose leaves the hospital, she bids Mashary farewell and returns to Egypt with her father. Meanwhile, Abdullah asks his wife Salwa to sell his car to provide him with money for his business.

Fotoun convinces her husband Badr to sell his mother's house to set up a project. As years pass by, Badr takes over his mother's money and puts her into a house for the elderly. Rose's father slips into a coma after an accident. Meanwhile, Abdullah takes another wife.

As Rose's father passes away, she volunteers at a house for the elderly. Meanwhile, Mashary decides to return to Kuwait, and his brother Badr grows worried about Mashary's discovering that he got his mother into a house for the elderly. Salah asks for Rose's hand in marriage.

Rose starts working at the rest home, and she gives her cousin Salah a procuration to run the company. Abdullah travels to Egypt with his second wife. Meanwhile, at the elderly house, Jamila tells the residents about her son Mashary.

Salah refuses Rose's proposal to write him a procuration. At the rest home, Rose gets to know more about the residents and their stories. Jamila tries to call her son Badr who gives her the cold shoulder.

Umm Ali (Ali's mother) tells Rose that her son put her in the rest home to seize her money following his father's death. Rose is shocked that the majority of the residents have sons and daughters outside.

Farha tells Rose that her daughter left her at the rest home and traveled to America with her husband, Soliman. Meanwhile, Jamila has a stroke and is rushed to the hospital. As they reach out for her son Badr, he doesn't pick up the phone.

Jamila tells Rose her story and Badr's choice to leave her after he sold her house, lying about spending the money on his brother Mashary's treatment. Umm Salah (Salah's mother) passes away and Rose consoles him. Ali admonishes his wife for visiting his mother at the rest home.

The residents celebrate Jamila's recovery as she leaves the hospital. Farha refuses to meet her daughter Amal who returns from America. Rose meets Ali and tries to convince him to take his mother out of the rest home but he refuses.

Ali takes a trip down memory lane and recalls his life with his parents. Jamila relapses and is hospitalized once more. Abdullah asks Salwa to borrow money from Rose. Salwa tries to dissuade Salah from marrying Rose. Amal tells her husband that she is pregnant.

The people at the rest home try to contact Badr to update him on his mother's critical condition but he doesn't answer. As Rose heads to his house to inform him, Badr's wife treats her contemptuously. At Salwa's request, Salah gives Abdullah the money.

Ali grows infatuated with Othoub. Salah tells Rose he loves her and wants them to get engaged to get to know each other. Jamila asks Rose to call Mashary.

Ali's wife grows suspicious when he changes his ways with her. Mashary returns to Kuwait and sees Rose at the hospital with his mother. Amal falsely claims that her mother is the one who decided to live at the rest home.

Mashary fights with Badr and threatens him to get him to return his and his mother's money. Mashary rents an apartment to stay at with his mother. Ali tries to get closer to Othoub who reciprocates his feelings.

Mashary is unable to get his and his mother's rights back. Fotoun prevents her daughters from talking to their grandmother, and Badr quarrels with her. Ali grows worried when Othoub mysteriously disappears.

Ali's wife tells his mother that Ali has changed and doesn't want to have a baby with her. Jamila wants Mashary to wed Rose. Meanwhile, Salah gets suspiciously closer to Rose. Farha still refuses to meet her daughter, much to everyone's shock.

Amal asks Rose to mediate between her and her mother Farha. Othoub tells her aunt about Ali. Mashary quarrels with Badr and gives him a deadline to return the money and property he unlawfully seized.

Badr sues Mashary for breaking into his home. Ali tells Othoub that he is married but he loves her and wants to wed her. Badr has a tragic accident that leaves him paralyzed.

Jamila asks Mashary to take her to check up on the now-paralyzed Badr. Salwa asks for a divorce when she learns about Abdullah's second marriage. Ali wants to propose to Othoub. Rose tells her aunt Salwa that she loves Mashary, who proposes to her.

Othoub gets ready for her marriage to Ali, while his first wife suffers his neglect. Mashary is uncomfortable about Rose's connection to Salah and her travels with him. Abdullah is fearful when his wife gives him the cold shoulder, as he worries about the money she entrusted him with.

Rose tells Salah the truth about her feelings for him. Fotoun leaves her husband Badr when he become paralyzed. Upon her divorce, Abdullah's sister asks to stay at his house.

Salwa tries to comfort Abdullah's sister after her divorce. Badr returns Mashary's fortune to him. Meanwhile, Fotoun asks Badr to give her a procuration and return home.

Rose tells Salah she doesn't love him. Badr returns home and tells his wife that his brother Mashary runs his business.

Ali learns that his first wife is pregnant and he tells Othoub about it. They both decide to continue with their marriage preparations nonetheless. Jamila urges her son Mashary to wed Rose as soon as possible.

Mashary and Rose set a date for their wedding. Ali meets Othoub's aunt to ask for Othoub's hand in marriage, but her aunt refuses upon learning that Ali willfully left his mother at a house for the elderly. Farha agrees to meet her daughter Amal.

Salwa asks Abdullah to be present for Rose's engagement ceremony. Fotoun's friend tells her she must ask Badr for a huge sum of money as he refuses to give her a procuration.

Fatema passes away. Badr gives half of his properties to his brother Mashary. Farha wants her daughter to take her out of the rest home.

Fotoun agrees to apologize to Badr's mother for all she did to her. Rose tells her boss about Walid's meddling in the rest home. Salah learns that Mashary proposed to Rose. Farha returns to her daughter's home.

Ali's wife gives birth, and so does Amal. Salah crosses paths with his college friend and they get married. Similarly, Rose and Mashary get married. The ladies at the rest home thank Rose for reuniting them with their families and bringing joy back into their lives.
