Ettar is a psychologist who gets suspended from practicing her profession because of her use of new techniques in psychology which leads to one of her patients committing a crime. One of her former patients, Misheal, looks for her to treat his disabled son, Mazen.

Ettar survives from an accident and Adnan tries to stop her from treating Mazen. Ettar tells Misheal that she can't practice psychology anymore.

Ettar agrees to treat Mazen in spite of Adnan's threats. She asks Mazen's nanny, Eman, to tell her everything about him. Eman uses the same perfume that Mazen's mother used to use. Adnan keeps an eye on Ettar.

Ettar sprays the perfume all over the house to make Mazen get close to her. Misheal tells Ettar that he is dying and that he wants to leave his fortune to her. Adnan refuses to help Sahab but Fawaz accepts.

Misheal is taken to the hospital and he transfers all his property to Ettar. He asks her to toughen his son up so that he can face the world instead of being kind like him.

Ettar tries to treat Mazen quickly due to the deterioration of his father's condition. Mazen finally responds to Ettar.

Adnan tries to stop the transfer of Misheal's property to Ettar. Maged's wife kicks him out when she suspects that he is having an affair with Sahab.

Ettar continues to treat Mazen. Mansour lies to his wife and tells her that she is sterile. Mansour tries to get the password for Misheal's safe.

Ettar tells Mazen that his mother died and that his father needs him. Mansour opened the safe and gave its contents to Adnan.

Misheal is brain dead and lives on life support. Adnan starts running Misheal's hospitals. Ettar suspects that Sahab stole the documents and money.

Turky poses as Mazen to make Adnan think that Mazen is cured. Adan kidnaps Turky and drugs him, and Ettar helps him. Shahd is pregnant but Mansour doesn't know.

As Kamal tries to take Misheal off life support, Adnan tells him to take Misheal to the old hospital. Maged declares his love for Eman.

Mazen starts learning new words. Mays tells Fawaz that she has lung cancer to get his fortune. Adnan obtains a police report that Mazen is crazy. Fawaz treats Sahab badly.

Hossam wants to move Misheal to a save place away from Adnan. Adnan locks Turky in an isolated room.

Mansour thinks about killing Shahd but changes his mind. Adnan turns off Misheal's life support. Ettar asks for Mazen to see his father before his burial.

Ettar moves Mazen to Maged's secret house. Ettar goes to Mays' house and finds out that Yacoub is her father. He tells her that his daughter suffers from delusions.

Adnan moves into Misheal's house. Sahab leaves Fawaz when she learns that Adnan took all the money. Shahd's sister wakes up from her coma.

Shahd finds out that she is not pregnant. Adnan finds out that the boy he kidnapped isn't Mazen.

Adnan's daughter helps Turky escape and takes him to Ettar. Mansour tampers with the breaks of Shahd's car but she is miraculously saved from death.

Fawaz confronts Mays with her illness and she tries to kill herself. Adnan threatens to expose Mansour if he doesn't tell him where Mazen is.

Ettar decides to travel with Mazen abroad to get treatment. Mansour discovers that Maged and Eman are married.

Fawaz breaks into Adnan's house and Adnan assaults him. Ettar travels with Mazen and Adnan is furious. Maged leaves Eman and returns to his first wife.

Ettar teaches Mazen how to shoot and defend himself, and they return to Kuwait a year later. Mazen tries to get close to Adnan's daughter. Mazen asks Adnan to give back everything he took and threatens him with the video of him killing his father.

When Mazen finds out that his father left Ettar half a million dinars in his will, he threatens to tell the police about her treating him despite being banned from practicing psychology.

Mazen locks Adnan up in the psychiatric ward and drugs him. Mazen marries Adnan's daughter, Lamia.

Mazen locks Lamia in her room and Ettar tries to help her. Adnan reveals to Ettar that Lamia is not his daughter and that Misheal is the reason he lost his ability to bear children.

Mazen asks Eman to marry him. Sahab lures Fawaz to her house and claims that he attacked her. The police arrest Fawaz and his father is taken to the hospital.

Mazen tells Ettar to stay out of his way. Mansour dies from a drug overdose. Mazen wants to kill Ettar.

Adnan kills Mazen and turns himself in. A former patient tries to kill Ettar but she survives.

Adnan tells Ettar that his daughter Lamia needs her. Lamia runs the business and Adnan is sentenced to death. Mays returns to her normal life. Fouad threatens Ettar to get her to treat his daughter or he will kill Fawaz and her husband.
