Idris gets angry because Sheikh Hamad traveled without informing him, and El Falaqa is waiting to take revenge on him. Abdeldayem gathers Hashem and the others who will go with the convoy, and warns them of the bandits. Zarif wants to go with them, but the Sheikh refuses.

2nd Episode

Idris asks Abdeldayem to take Shaker with him, but he refuses. Idris decides to take Badr with him and charges Hashem with guarding the palace from the dangerous criminal Mabrouk. Shaker quarrels with Hashem and threatens to kill him if he approaches Rabiha. Shaker meets Mabrouk on the road, stops him and mocks him.

3rd Episode

The granny talks about Matous, who fought the Romans and lived in that region, which is named after him because all the mountain’s progeny is his. The judge sentences Shaker to a day in jail; Abdeldayem seeks financial compensation, but Hashem refuses and wants an apology; Shaker refuses and is angry at Abdeldayem.

4th Episode

Hashem asks the girls to tell Rabiha he loves her. Mabrouk asks Hashem to help him take the taxes collected from Matous to build a house in exchange for freeing him from Shaker. Abdeldayem's wife has the plague and is at death's door. Hashem plots with Mabrouk to attack the tribe. Abdeldayem wants to see Sheikh Oun.

5th Episode

As Mabrouk attacks Matous tribe and Sheikh Oun defends them, Abdeldayem thanks him. As Abdeldayem's wife's condition worsens, she asks Sheikh Hamad that her children see their father. Hamad complains about Idris to the governor in the capital that he takes the tax revenue for himself; Idris gets angry when he learns.

6th Episode

Rabiha tells Shaker she suspects that her father has another wife. Murad Bey wants to occupy the capital and the ruler is afraid of that, so he holds a meeting with the sheikhs of Tunisia. Abdeldayem's children go to Matous, but they get lost. Abdeldayem goes with Shaker to negotiate with Mabrouk.

As Shaker and Abdeldayem return and go to meet Semeda and Hashem's uncle, Hashem and Shaker reconcile and shake hands, but Hashem is planning something. Abdeldayem's son wants to escape from the man who is detaining him and his sister, but can't, out of fear from him.

As Mabrouk and his group attack Shaker and Abdeldayem, who gets injured and asks Shaker to shoot the gunmen and Amara who captured him, but Shaker asks them to stay away in exchange for handing over their friend. Reem loves Shaker, whom she knows loves Rabiha, while her father won't wed her to a farmer.

Semeda's angry that his men couldn't arrest the gunmen, despite Reem's telling him that she saw them. The doctor tries to treat Abdeldayem. The granny rejoices at Shaker's courage. The injured gunman's hand began to rot and he asks his friends to kill him. The tribe's girls celebrate Abdeldayem and Shaker's return.

As Semeda discovers that Hashem and Makhlouf are the ones who plotted to kill them at the hands of Mabrouk's gang, he confronts Hashem's mother with this, and is very sad because he does not want to have problems with the people of Matous. Reem goes to Matous tribe to see Abdeldayem.

As Reem meets Shaker at the Hadra and asks him if he is attached; he tells her he only takes care of the land, as they dance and eat. Shaker spots someone stalking the camel outside the tent; Reem joins him to check the matter. Sadoun and his sister are still held captives by a knight, who asks to marry the sister.

The knight's wife helps Sadoun and his sister escape. Abdeldayem confesses to his son that he has a brother and a sister in Tunisia from a second wife. Semeda asks Hashem to go to Matous and try to improve his relationship with Shaker, but he refuses. Mabrouk withdraws from chasing Shaker.

Shaker tells Rabiha that when her father returns, he will ask for her hand. As Mabrouk goes to Hashem in his house without being seen, Hashem admonishes him for not attacking Matous tribe. Rabiha visits Reem at her house and finds Hashem, whom she tells she wants to reconcile him with Shaker.

As Mabrouk wants to take revenge on Shaker because he cut Amara's leg and wounded him, he sends one of his men to rain blows on him. When the residents of the area see him lying on the ground, Abdeldayem takes him homem where the doctor comes to treat him, and his friends come to check on him.

As Zarif returns to the tribe with a large amount of weapons to sell, Sheikh Abdeldayem goes to greet him. Reem hears Hashem saying that he was sure Mabrouk would help him get rid of Shaker. Hashem goes to visit Shaker so as not to raise suspicion, and Abdeldayem receives him.

Zarif is happy that Shaker is at death's door. Abdeldayem goes with the knights to avenge Shaker. Zarif discovers that Hashem is behind beating Shaker, gets angry and scolds him. Shaker awakes from the coma. Hamad's convoy returns from Tunisia and is greeted by the residents with ululations.

As Sheikh Hamad bears many gifts for his family and daughter, the girls accompany Shaker outside the room. Abdeldayem asks Hamad to meet Zarif, but every time he goes to him, he doesn't find him, as Zarif deliberately tries to mortify him. Abdeldayem learns his wife's sick in the capital and that his children miss him.

Hamad tells Zarif he seeks peace, but Zarif considers himself the ruler of Matous and wants to take the tax revenue from him. Abdeldayem talks to him, to no avail. Shaker holds one of Mabrouk's men, whom Shamekha guards. The ruler's envoy comes to ask the sheikhs for protection against any external aggression.

19th Episode

The two men ask Hamad for protection, but he orders them to turn to Sheikh Oun, whereupon Zarif detains them. Hamad yields the sheikhdom to Abdeldayem, despite the disapproval of Matous' people; he refuses any celebration of the position. The sheikhs go to the palace of Zarif, who wants to seize the two men's money.

Sheikh Abdeldayem takes over the position of Matous' Sheikh and goes to give the tax revenue to Zarif, who asks him if he knows where the two detained men are hiding the money. When Sadoun and his sister arrive at Matous and are received by Hamad, Abdeldayem rejoices, but his wife is sad because he cheated on her.

The two men escape from Zarif's palace and meet on the way a knight, whom they ask for help in exchange for a chest of money. Mabrouk captures Hemeda, Sheikh Abdeldayem's son, and ties him, while his father is worried about him. The young men of Matous gather to rescue Hemeda.

Zarif asks Hashem to bring him Ibrahim and prepare the knights to chase Mabrouk. Abdeldayem's wife leaves the house and goes to her father's until her son returns. Hemeds is still a prisoner of Mabrouk, whose daughter tries to offer him his freedom in exchange for marrying her, but he refuses.

Ibrahim beats Shamekha and runs away during the party, angering both Zarif and Abdeldayem. Abdeldayem agrees with Shaker and some of the knights to lose the duel against Zarif's men for their own good, but during the duel, Hemeda suddenly appears.

24th Episode

Hemeda tells everyone that Rabiha and Shamekha set Ibrahim free; Mabrouk lets him go home, angering Zarif. Shaker defeats his rival in pigeon-shooting; Abdeldayem is angry because he didn't obey him. Zarif praises Shaker's strength, and asks Hamad to cooperate with him in establishing a huge army led by Shaker.

Sheikh Hamad wants Rabiha to marry Shaker, who is busy with Hemeda protecting the tribe, and they go to visit Sheikh Oun at his home. Mabrouk no longer wants to deal with Hashem, as his father wants to catch him and his men.

Zarif asks Sheikh Hamad to wed his daughter Rabiha to his son Hashem, but Hamad refuses because she will marry Shaker, who was already betrothed to her. As Jaloul asks Reem to marry him, Zarif thinks it is Hashem's idea. Reem agrees with Shamekha to try to convince Rabiha not to marry Shaker to avoid problems.

Semeda summons Shaker and tells him that he is accused of smuggling, seizing Agha's money and inciting the knights against Zarif, who's taken with Abdeldayem's daughter when she offers him milk. Shaker is still getting along with Mabrouk, but as Hamad and Abdeldayem learn, they get angry with him.

Shaker agrees with Mabrouk to train Shamekha to use weapons while she is pregnant. Ibrahim returns her jewelry box to her. As Abdeldayem is angry because the young men teach girls how to shoot and ally with Mabrouk against Zarif, he tells Sheikh Hamad, and they try to force Shaker not to take a stand against Zarif.

Reem convinces Rabiha not to marry Shaker to avoid problems. When the new Agha takes over the rule of Tunisia, he appoints Zarif to collect the taxes from the sheikhs, angering Shaker and Hemeda. Zarif wants to know where the two men hid the money. Hashem wants to get rid of Shaker for marrying Rabiha.

Finale

After Mabrouk asks Shaker to join his group and become the leader in order to overthrow Zarif, Shaker informs Hamad, who encourages him. The granny dies and everyone grieves for her. As Hamad decides to send Shaker to liberate Matous, Abdeldayem agrees as well. Rabiha will not marry Hashem.
