Writer Fatima is surprised by the disappearance of her new novel, "The Olive Branch," and is shocked when her manager announces that she is the novel's writer. Tariq looks forward to marrying Fatima, but his wife, Sheikha, stands in their way.

Dana takes care of her disabled father after losing all his money. She gets into a car accident, through which she meets Ibrahim, who proposes to her. When he discovers that she has kidney failure, he donates his kidney to her, but he dies after the operation.

The teacher, Tariq, admires the nurse, Najma, but his mother refuses that they marry because she is not beautiful.

Tariq admires Dana, the gravedigger's daughter, who grows afraid that her father's work might affect her marriage, so she goes to the graveyard, where a jinn possesses her, and she dies.

The psychiatrist, Joumana, treats Fahd for the hallucinations that afflicted him after losing his wife, Sawsan. Hamad seeks to marry Joumana, but she refuses.

Fatima, an art teacher, meets her colleague, Tariq, who likes her and looks forward to marrying her. However, her mother rejects their marriage because his religious denomination differs from hers.

Fahd becomes infatuated with Dima, Abu Dima grows fond of Reem, and Yasser gets attached to Noura despite her son Fahd's objection because of the large age gap between her and Yasser and his belief in the latter's greed for Noura's money.

As Yasser seizes Noura's money and disappears, he divorces her and marries her friend. Habib refuses to marry off his daughter Dima to Fahd after discovering that his mother is Noura, his first wife.

Shaimaa marries her cousin, Hussein, after fulfilling her father's will by raising her siblings until they've grown up. However, a painful car accident occurs to her sister, and she dies, upon which Shaimaa refuses to complete her marriage to Hussein.

When Dana's family suffers a car accident, her parents die, she becomes blind, and her sister suffers from a foot disability. She gets to know Tariq, and he loves her, but his mother refuses that they marry because of her disability.

As Sultan admires Ghada and proposes marriage to her, her father stipulates that he makes her live in a separate house away from his mother, but Sultan chooses his mother.

Abu Khaled dies of poisoning, and his son seeks to discover the truth. He becomes suspicious of Bayan and her friends and causes Bayan's death. However, he gets to know and love her sister, but her father refuses their marriage.

Tariq applies for a new job in Fatima's father's company, gets to know her, admires her, and proposes to marry her, but premarital analyses prevent them from consummating the marriage.

Azzam seeks to marry Nouf, the widow of his brother Saud, who suffers with him from his constant suspicion of her. Azzam's mother refuses their marriage, while Tariq regrets his suspicion of his wife, Amal, after her death.

Ghada covets her sister Dana's inheritance and tries to borrow from her to continue her work in real estate. When the sisters get separated, Ghada gets cancer and marries her attending physician, but she dies, leaving her little daughter Dana for her sister to look after her.

Fatima lives with her two sisters, Ghada and Dana, and falls in love with Samir, whose previous relationship with Ghada and their love for each other becomes apparent.

Hadeer falls in love with Ziad but discovers that he drove a wedge between Shaima and her lover, Faisal, and killed her.
