Osman returns from travel after the death of his father and decides to open his store with his friend since he has become responsible for the family. Aziz's wife wants to live in her father’s house and he refuses because he wants them to have privacy

As Osman opens the carpentry shop, his friend and his neighbor, Karima, work with him. The Hajj tells him to close the shop because of the feud the Hajj had with his father. Aziz learns that his wife is taking contraceptives. Her mother tells the Hajj that their son Omar didn't commit suicide.

The Hajj goes to the police and reports the new information, prompting the investigator to summon Osman, who in turn becomes disoriented and scared, something that his sister notices.

Osman goes to the police station for interrogation by an investigator who believes that Osman's father was the reason for his own father's death, as his father's ghost told him. Osman meets the Hajj's daughter whom he had a relationship with before and she's still angry with him.

The police are investigating Aliaa for the murder of Omar Al-Wafy. Sa'eed tries to persuade Osman to help him at work, but he refuses.

The police investigate Osman’s mother in Omar's murder case and she accuses Na'ima, Omar’s wife. Osman accidentally meets his sister at Omar's grave.

The police investigate Na'ima regarding Omar's death, and she denies her relationship to the case and to Samir. Aliaa is tormented by nightmares that haunt her life.

The investigations about Omar's murder resume as the police interrogate Samir. Fardous asks Osman to forget her because she's married now and she has moved on.

Fardous's father asks her to take over the factory, while Aliaa's son gets ill and is hospitalized.

Yusuf discovers that his son does not have his blood type or his mother's Aliaa blood type. Ayoub discovers that Karima works as a spy for Sa'eed. Aziz suspects that Fardous is having an affair with Osman.

Aziz goes to Osman's factory and sees his wife there, which gives rise to his anger and suspicions. Osman's mother asks Al-Wafy to stay away from her son. The officer asks Osman to go with him to the police station.

Fardous goes to Osman's house to stay with him. Her father gets angry and asks her to return, promising to solve her problem with Aziz. The officer investigates Osman in Omar's case after discovering that they were together on the day of the accident.

Osman tells the investigator that at the time of the accident, he was at the jeweler's to return a ring that he bought for Fardous. Fardous discovers that she has had a miscarriage when her husband assaulted her.

Sa'ad goes to the police for interrogation and tells them that Osman was in the jewelry store at the time of the crime. Fardous leaves her parents' home and goes to stay with her friend.

Osman reinstates Karima and forgives her for working against him. Fardous goes to Ayoub to find her an apartment to live in.

Fardous rents an apartment, and Ayoub and Osman help her move and organize the furniture. She also meets with Osman at the beach and he tells her how much he misses her. Aliaa meets her husband at her workplace and asks him to go home.

Karima goes to the police station after Osman fires her from the store. She tells the officer that Osman has a large amount of money that he intends to use to buy the shop from Sa'eed. Hajj Al-Wafy asks Aziz to divorce his daughter after he beats her.

After Aziz sees Fardous sitting in the balcony of her apartment with Osman, he reports her to the police. She's investigated, as Aziz accuses her of betrayal. Hajj Al-Wafy faints after finding out. The policeman is still investigating Samir and Al-Wafy's wife for Omar’s death

Hajj Al-Wafy leaves the hospital and becomes wheelchair-bound. Aziz tells him that his wife and Osman are the ones who killed his son Omar so that Fardous would inherit all his wealth.

Na'ima tells Osman about his mother's love story with Al-Wafy. Hasnaa berates Aziz for telling Al-Wafy that they were in cahoots to tamper with his will in Fardous's favor.

Osman asks his sister if Omar is the father of her son and she denies it. Fardous tries to stay away from Osman for her sick father's sake.

Ayoub tells Aliaa that he loves her. Fardous feels guilty because she is the reason her father is in the hospital. Investigator Ismail finds Samir killed in the street.

Ismail arrests Al-Wafy's wife after he discovers that the last message on Samir's phone before he got killed was from her. Fardous asks Ayoub to help her give the workers of the factory their salaries.

Na'ima confesses to Ismail that she plotted with Samir to make Omar deep in debt, and she denies killing Samir. Aliaa tells her husband that she was raped when she was a child.

Murad dies and Osman gives his condolences. Ismail investigates Murad's father and asks him about his son's relationship with Omar. Lubna promises Ismail that she will solve the mystery of Omar's death.

Aliaa confesses to Ismail that Murad raped her when she was young and that she got pregnant by him. Ayoub still wants to marry Aliaa, even after she tells him her full story.

Ismail tells Lubna about his problem with his father. Na'ima is released from prison on bail and returns to the house. Ayoub asks for Aliaa's hand in marriage.

Aliaa's son asks to see his real father, and she tells him he's dead. Osman and Fardous decide to get married. Ayoub's mother agrees to his marriage to Aliaa.

Ayoub tells Aliaa's son of his intention to marry his mother, and the latter becomes angry. Fardous decides to give the land back to Osman.

Fattah confesses to the investigator that he killed Omar. Osman recalls how he decided to travel abroad after Al-Wafy refused to let him marry Fardous and made her marry Aziz, and his belief that Omar raped his sister Aliaa.
