When Younes fails to pay the rent, Kamal prevents him from entering his clinic. Younes entertains dreams of launching an app that enables patients to call paramedics online. As Younes catches feelings for Berry, he tries to get close to her.

As Younes receives his first request through the medical app, he soon learns that the patient is a thief who is trying to rob a house and frame him for the crime. As the police arrest Younes, he manages to prove his innocence.

Younes gets a request to help a woman called Abir, only to fall victim to a wife who is trying to make her husband think that she is cheating. Abir's husband causes a scandal for Younes when he leaks a video of him online, accusing him of sexual harassment.

As Younes tries to overcome the crisis of the scandalous video, he takes a new request from a patient, only to discover that he is the leader of a gang. Younes manages to escape the gang before they kill him.

Younes gets a new patient called Sherif, who is trying to kill himself, leading Younes to ask Berry to lend him a hand to help Sherif overcome his psychological condition.

When Younes answers the request of a man called Kamel, he learns that Kamel wants him to pretend to be his relative while he proposes to a girl. As Younes decides to confess his feelings for Berry, he is shocked to learn that she is engaged.

As Younes manages to expose Berry's fiancé as a fraudster who is swindling girls, he lends a hand to the Mayor, Shehata, by treating his supporters and supporting him against his rival in the elections. Younes finds an injured man on the road, who turns out to be amnesiac.

A gang kidnaps Younes in an attempt to locate the amnesiac man. Younes discovers that the amnesiac man is an archaeologist called Khairy, who manages to bring the gang down.

The police enlist Younes's help to aid a patient, who gets trapped inside a bank during an armed heist. As the police arrest the robbers, Younes gets a new lease on life.

Younes refuses to abort a girl whose parents want her to get rid of her illegitimate child. As Younes grows famous after the success of his app, he proposes to Berry.
