Umm Mutie (Mutie's mother) lowers the price on her hotel rooms because she is in debt and needs the money. Later on, she tries to fix things between Suhaib and her daughter Mutiaa.

A hotel guest called Umm Nariman tries to get closer to Umm Mutie and convince her to marry a man she knows.

While attempting to get closer to Umm Mutie's family and earn their trust, Umm Nariman manages to sneak into the rooms of Maram and Mutie and steal from them.

Tensions rise between Suhaib and Mutiaa because he's always too busy with work. Meanwhile, Umm Nariman sneaks into Umm Mutie's room, steals the deed for the Hotel, and causes problems between Umm Mutie and her children. Later, they discover her theft.

Bassam is a guest at the hotel who causes trouble for Umm Mutie and her children and obstructs her work with the jokes he tells. He later tells them that these jokes are the reason behind his impairment and why he can't have foot surgery.

Samiha fights with her husband Abu Shaker and goes to stay at Umm Mutie's hotel, so the latter agrees with her daughter to fake a fight with Suhaib. Both Maram and Mutie try to help her make Samiha leave.

Hassan Helmy the musician arrives at the hotel and Umm Mutie is overjoyed at the prospect of discovering him. However, he uses the hotel as a place for band rehearsals.

Helmy convinces Umm Mutie to host concerts to help him financially. However, it doesn't work, despite having more than one concert, and Umm Mutie loses lots of money and he doesn't pay for his room.

As Helmy keeps on having concerts at Umm Mutie's hotel, he gives Mutie a chance to sing for the audience, but when Helmy leaves the concert, Umm Mutie is left with paying the fines for throwing concerts without a permit.

As Maysaa asks Umm Mutie to train her to be a housekeeper, she tells her about her tragic circumstances and how she supports her orphaned siblings, whereupon Maram and Umm Mutie help her get the job.

As Abu Yazan takes Fayez and Essam to the hotel, Fayez takes advantage of Essam's weak personality to take over his money and gold and convinces him he'll hide the money, which concerns Umm Mutie.

Umm Mutie asks Abu Yazan about Essam's strange behavior, and he discovers that he took over his father's money. Essam dies of a stroke and Fayez is arrested after the police find the money and gold in his apartment.

Nagah, a college student, is a new guest at a hotel. She takes the baccalaureate for the eighth time in a row and resorts to magic to pass, but she ends up failing again.

Mahran, a production manager at a big company, inspects the hotel as a potential shooting location. Mahran offers Umm Mutie a large sum of money to rent the hotel for filming, asking her to make a few décor adjustments.

Professional chef Ramzeya competes in an international cooking competition and uses Umm Mutie's kitchen to train and have Umm Mutie and her children try her recipes, which they dislike.

Rehab and her husband Hisham, who owns a shoe shop, stay at the hotel until their house is ready. Rehab complains to Umm Mutie that her husband is too busy with work to pay attention to her, so Umm Mutie gives her advice.

Umm Mutie helps Rehab surprise Hisham for their anniversary in hopes that he'd change his attitude with her. Umm Mutie seeks Abu Hazem's help to try to advise Hisham but it's no use.

Abu Ramy and his son stay at the hotel. His son is trying to get over his phobia about the sea, as he drowned twice while attempting illegal immigration, while Umm Mutie and Mutie try to help Ramy to get over it.

Gamila and Hany get married, and Hany becomes mute and books a room at Umm Mutie's hotel to visit a doctor. Umm Mutie and Hazem help find the cause of what happened to him, and they discover that he was shocked at seeing Gamila without makeup.

Abu Mahni is a sick, lonely, elderly guest at the hotel who has a secret. He goes out everyday looking for a person who hurt him, seeking revenge.

Abu Mahni tries to grab Umm Mutie's attention, as he got attached to her because of her kind and gentle treatment. His son, however, comes and tells them all that his father suffers from delusions.

Nouras is a new guest at the hotel, and Umm Mutie remembers his proposal to her and her rejection. However, he surprises everyone by proposing to Maram, so Umm Mutie teaches him a lesson and tells him that she didn't reject him because he is a failure, but because he is not a good person.

As Mutie takes advantage of his mother being away, he rents out a room to Satour, the drummer. Abu Hazem is annoyed at the loud music and noise caused by Mutie and Al Taher, so he calls the police, and he gets arrested.

Mutie travels to his mother at his aunt Amina's, while Mutiaa falls out with Sohaib and goes to her mother, leaving Abu Hazem at the hotel alone. Vaccines against lying and hypocrisy spread in town and Abu Hazem takes part in the campaign, but he discovers it was all a dream when he wakes up.

Farah, an architect, is a new guest at the hotel. She meets Maram, whom she met on an online group, and as the two girls fight, Abu Hazem and Mutiaa try to intervene.

Nasser Al Nasser is a new guest at the hotel who flaunts being a famous actor. While in reality, he is just a body double who comes everyday from set bruised and battered.

Awny, a government official in town, comes to the hotel escaping the media after news of him quitting spreads. He confides in Abu Hamza that he was abandoned by those closest to him and decided to stay away from the spotlight so people can forget what happened to him.

Awny thanks Umm Mutie's family for helping him get over his sadness and isolation and promises to help them in anything they need. However, when he returns back to office, he breaks his promise.

Alia is a feminist who tries to influence Umm Mutie, Mutiaa, and Maram. She gathers the women of the neighborhood and lectures them about their rights, which causes problems between Mutiaa and Sohaib, and as they discover that Alia has fought with her husband, Umm Mutie intervenes to reconcile them.

Womanizer Haitham Abu Shouki checks in at a late hour when his wife kicks him out after finding out he married two other women, so Abu Hazem advises him to introduce the three women to each other.

Haitham tells Abu Hazem and Umm Mutie of his marriage to 3 women and of lying to each one that he has divorced the other two to take money from them and marry the fourth.

Adel hopes to break a Guinness record for not showering, as he hasn't showered for 5 years. He begs the hotel to take him in until the Guinness representative comes, after being shunned by his neighbors. However, the hotel guests are disgusted by the smell.

Umm Mutie suffers from a bout of depression and boredom, so her children and Abu Hazem attempt to help her get through it.

Hossam the musician pays Umm Mutie a visit and secretly agrees with Mutie and Maram to throw Umm Mutie a birthday party, in which they all reminisce about their memories in Syria.
