Rasha quarrels with Basel because of his insistence on divorcing her, and he recalls the memories of their constant quarrel because of her desire to control him. Hadeel confesses her feelings towards Basel and urges him to marry her.

Basel watches a TV interview with the actress Raheeq, who will play a role in a play he has written, and he admires her. As Rasha quarrels with Hadeel, Basel suspends her from work and fires Hadeel for presenting a piece of news without his approval. Basel is invited to attend the play's premiere.

Hadeel and Rasha come back to work again, while Basel gets into more trouble at work, which makes him late for his appointment with Raheeq. Basel is impressed by Raheeq's performance while attending her play and sends her flowers.

Basel and Raheeq meet in a restaurant while she is with her colleagues, and they fail to communicate. Basel remembers Rasha's quarrels with him and control of him. Basel calls Raheeq to congratulate her on her role in the play, and they meet for the first time.

Basel avoids Raheeq after they meet with their friend Masira. Raheeq revisits Basel's favorite restaurant, and he gets anxious upon seeing her. Basel insists on refusing Hadeel's proposal, and Raheeq ignores Basel's calls.

Raheeq reconciles with Basel and invites him with his colleagues to dinner. Hadeel is jealous, which saddens Raheeq. Basel ignores her feelings, so Maysara intervenes to make Raheeq understand Basel's position. Basel suffers from insomnia, so he goes to visit Rasha and sleeps at her house.

Basel thanks Rasha for hosting him and their relationship deepens. Rasha gets sick, and he brings her flowers. A new fight breaks out between Basel and Hadeel because he changed some news and rejected her feelings. Basel tells Raheeq that she is just a friend.

As Rasha withdraws from Basel's life, he reveals to Raheeq his feelings for her, his fear of losing her, and his longing for Rasha. Hadeel calls Raheeq's friend from an unknown number and tells her that she is Basel's girlfriend; Maysara makes sure she's Hadeel and promises Raheeq to take revenge.

Maysara advises Basel and Raheeq to reconcile after their misunderstanding ends. Basel visits Raheeq, who confronts him with her rejection of his reluctance, his work addiction, and neglect, but they soon return to romance.

Raheeq confesses in front of her friend her fear of her future with Basel. Basel's father advises his son to stop hesitating and panicking. Basel begins writing a novel. Hadeel becomes jealous and begins to monitor Raheeq and Basel.

Basel deducts money from Hadeel's salary because of her neglect and her rude response to him. Hadeel informs Raheeq of an affair between her and Basel since his marriage to Rasha. Raheeq ignores Basel and Maysara's calls, and her work is negatively affected, so she withdraws from the play.

Basel is shot and is taken to the hospital. Raheeq collapses and takes care of him until he recovers. A corrupt politician behind the incident agrees with Abu Lubna to pay money in exchange for reconciliation and cooperation with Basel. Raheeq gets angry at Rasha's visit to Basel.

Hadeel sends Basel pictures of Raheeq with the director of the play during their reconciliation, which increases his jealousy. Hadeel also sends Raheeq Basel's photos with her. Basel refuses to believe Raheeq's confession that she loves him and accepts a job offer abroad, which angers Maysara.

Basel ignores Raheeq while they meet in the restaurant, and Raheeq feels insulted and rejects Saad's advances. Raheeq discovers that Hadeel took photos of her with Saad in the past. As Hadeel returns to work with Basel, Raheeq sees them together, and Basel informs Rasha of his decision to travel.

Raheeq confronts Basel with his picture with Rasha sent to her by Hadeel. Raheeq rejects Basel's pleas at first, but he shocks her by confessing his love to her. Rasha falls ill and Basel stays with her in the hospital.

Raheeq tells Saad she's in a relationship, and Hadeel takes photos of them during their meeting. Rasha urges Basel to give up traveling. Saad feels jealous of Raheeq and Basel's intimate relationship. Basel attacks Raheeq after seeing her with a child in a TV interview, believing it's her son.

Basel resigns after withdrawing from Raheeq's life. Abu Lubna informs the politician of Basel's travel date. The latter undergoes a car accident while on his way to the airport, while Raheeq pursues him to make him reverse his decision. Raheeq escorts Basel to the hospital when he faints.
