Laila hides from Ahmed that she has four children and was married twice before but continues to meet him as the two begin to fall in love with each other. Tarek, Ahmed's friend, discovers Laila's secret when her son gets injured and is treated in the hospital.
As Tarek tells Ahmed Laila's secret, Ahmed tells Laila that he too is a father of three children, but he is a widower, and that they must end their relationship due to their difficult circumstances, but he changes his mind after a while and proposes to her.
Laila has trouble convincing her kids of her marriage, to which her eldest objects, and her ex-husband Omar threatens to take the twins. She thinks about calling off the marriage, but Ahmed comes to an understanding with Omar. As the two get married, a surprise awaits them on their wedding night.
Omar is surprised by the arrival of his three children from the US to live with him for a year, and Laila's father Taymour decides that the couple should live together in one house with their children, so they rent a house and move their children there.
Many problems occur due to the merging of the two families together. Amina, Laila’s daughter, goes to see her father, but he disappoints her as usual, and Farida, Ahmed’s eldest daughter, plans to flee and return to America
Laila and Ahmed are in search of Amina, and are relieved when Laila's sister brings the girl. As Laila's children unintentionally endanger the life of Ahmed's young daughter, Ahmed and Laila decide to visit a specialist and carry out her instructions in order to mend relations between the children.
As Sherif steals Ahmed's car and implicates Farid, they end up at a precinct after an accident, but they grow closer when Farid acts nobly, while the relationship between Ahmed's daughters and Laila's daughter is still tense. As a misunderstanding occurs, Ahmed decides to separate the two families.
Ahmed is surprised by the arrival of his children's grandmother from America. The family goes to visit Taymour, Laila's father, on his farm. A dispute arises between Ahmed and Faten, as she wants to take the children to America, and he wants them with him. The children unite to end the marriage.
Laila and Ahmed's children fail to drive a wedge between the two of them after several attempts. They eventually convince Laila that Ahmed is cheating on her at his clinic. Laila proves to her friend Angie that her boyfriend is married and not divorced as he told her, much to her shock.
As Laila goes to Ahmed's clinic to catch him in the act, she discovers her mistake, and they quarrel. Hanzada helps Ahmed to surprise Laila, and they're reconciled. As Mukhtar's condition deteriorates after having a stroke, a woman surprises Hayat by saying she's his wife and has his daughter.
After Hayat, Ahmed's mother, learns that Mukhtar has been married to Faiza for 5 years, and they have a daughter, she goes to stay at his house. The school informs Laila that the children have many problems, including bullying and lying. Tarek discovers that his wife, Aya, is talking to her ex-boyfriend.
Tarek and Omar stay at Ahmed's father's house when each of them fights with his wife. Laila succeeds in obtaining a sample for DNA of Faiza's daughter, to see if she is truly Mukhtar's daughter. After the kids send Ahmed's ex-girlfriend to Mukhtar's house, Laila leaves him in anger.
Faiza's lie is revealed when her daughter's negative test results come out. Hanzada admits her love to Khaled when it's too late. Ahmed's ex-girlfriend spreads a fake post about a medical error he committed. Ahmed decides to send his kids with their grandmother to America.
