Kevork interrogates Najla because Musa accuses her of killing his father. As Ajlan is enraged when he learns of Sanad's agreement with Afer to steal, he confirms the return of Al Ghaeb. Houria reads fortunes and warns of several calamities occurring in the town.

Kevork asks Hilal to search for Suhaila. After Houria has taken poison, Ajlan tries to save her, and an unknown person kills Hilal.

As Najla collapses at the death of her son, Salah warns her that Suhaila will return. Kevork finds a box from Suhaila in front of his house, after which he sends a threat to the chief of Al Hijara to leave or he will shoot them. Ajlan imprisons Salem.

Kevork finds a mark left by Suhaila on each of the bodies. Sanad saves Ajlan's son from certain death. Kevork gives orders to monitor Salah and Musa, but the latter is killed and his body is found on the road.

Dr. Harrison tells Muhammad that the killer has medical expertise because the victims die in the same scientific way. The animals are enraged and Ajlan tells everyone that it is Suhaila’s curse, so Houria orders him to release everyone from captivity except Salem.

Afer agrees with his assistant to kill Ajlan. As Houria attends a seance to conjure Suhaila's soul, she tells Ajlan of her desire to kill all Al Hijara. The town governor issues a decision to remove Kevork from his position and have Muhammad take his place.

As Ajlan gives him a box containing Al Ghaeb's diaries, Muhammad decides to open it and read the diaries in order to find out the reason behind the anger of Suhaila's spirit. Afer kills Jaber.

Ajlan steps down as the head of Al Hijara, and hands over the sarcophagus and Al Ghaeb's seal to Afer to choose a new leader. Najla agrees to work with Kevork, but on her terms, after which he threatens to kill her. Harrison discovers a common drug found in the victims’ blood samples.

Shammas seeks to help Suhaila escape. After Ajlan kills Houria, the body is replaced with another one, and he starts suffering from hallucinations. Kevork arrests Anisa and imprisons her in Najla's cell.

Kevork once again arrests Suhaila and Shammas, but the city governor asks him to resign or be removed from his position, with Muhammad taking over the investigation, and Harrison suspects the real killer to be Suhaila.

After Houria grabs Ajlan, she ties him with ropes, and kills his men. Suhaila asks Salah to help her escape from prison, and Salem reveals to Sanad that he is Al Ghaeb.

Ajlan begs Houria to untie him. Shammas confesses to Salah that he was behind Zaidan's kidnapping, that he mixed the village's water with a hallucinogenic to make them believe the curse of Suhaila, and that he strangled Musa. Al Ghaeb decides to marry Hilana and to get Houria and Sanad married.

Salah searches for Dr. Sanad, and Salem takes on the identity of an officer again. Najla dies in prison. It turns out that Hilana has been placing Suhaila's hair next to the bodies so that she can pin the murders on her.
