Everyone celebrates Eid al-Adha, and Umm Zaid and her brother Ghazi meet at the grandfather’s house. A quarrel breaks out between Umm Niran and her daughter because she insists on going out on Eid. In the evening, Umm Zaid is surprised by the disappearance of her son.

Umm Zaid informs the police, who review the cameras to collect information, about the circumstances of her son’s disappearance. Niran loses consciousness after an argument between her and her mother. Her father takes her to the hospital, and Ghazi discovers that she is deceiving him with her mental illness.

Nour follows Maryam’s post on social media about her son’s disappearance. Niran's mother is thinking about seeking a psychiatrist to treat her daughter, and Yasmine feels depressed because everyone makes fun of her extra weight.

Nour helps Maryam search for her son, and she begins meeting Zaid's friends. The girl, Alaa, runs away from her when she learns that she is Zaid's mother. Maryam manages to reach Kamal, the father of Sadeem, and asks him to help her.

Kamal tries to get closer to his son Sadeem to collect information about Zaid. Niran's mother decides to turn to a psychiatrist to solve her problems with Ghazi.

Maryam fires Naseer from work, and Niran's mother thinks about asking for a divorce. Meanwhile, Maryam’s daughter complains that her mother does not care for her. The latter tries to force Jamila’s daughter to help her find out Zaid’s whereabouts and threatens her with her letters to him.

Nour's wife resents his relationship with Maryam, and Naseer becomes a representative of the poor and achieves fame after posting videos on social media in which he objects to his dismissal from work. Maryam's father and Nour communicate with Zaid's friends to collect any information about him.

Ghazi's son tells his grandfather that Zaid escaped from his mother's cruelty and her interference in all the affairs of his life and that she treated him like a child all the time. Niran demands from her father that they move to a bigger house. Naseer films advertisements after his fame.

Kamal is surprised when his son Sadeem joins an Islamic group and claims that he is an infidel. Nour asks Maryam's father for Maryam's hand in marriage. Maryam discovers that her son Zaid traveled to escape from her and was not kidnapped. Ghazi tells the children that their mother has a mental disorder.

Kamal tells the parents of Zaid's friends about the condition of his son Sadeem and what he has become, and about the apartment where they used to meet to use drugs. Yasmine breaks down when she learns of Reham's engagement. Naseer's father scolds him for not spending on his children.

Yasmine turns to a psychiatrist, and Kamal gets close to Dalia, a friend of his son Sadeem. Ibrahim marries Lara, and Zaid's friend turns to Maryam and asks her to stay with her after the death of her brother Alaa.

Maryam recalls her problems with her son and her constant objection to all his actions. Ghazi tells his wife about his relationship with another woman and his desire to marry her. Abu Alaa remembers how he kicked his first wife out, married Siham, and treated his daughter badly to please Siham.

Kamal asks Dalia to just become friends. Zaid returns, meets his grandfather, and tells him that he and his friends are heading to Istanbul to escape Maryam's actions. Yasmine visits Maryam and confronts her about her relationship with her husband, Nour.

Nour blames Maryam for changing her mind about their engagement decision. Siham confesses to killing her stepson. Sadeem publishes a video announcing his joining ISIS, and Dalia is taken to the hospital for a drug overdose.

Maryam agrees to let her son Zaid travel and marries Nour. The police find Zaid’s friend dead in his apartment, Dalia dies, and Yasmine marries her psychiatrist following her divorce from Nour. Maryam's father suffers from Alzheimer’s.
