As Dalal's restaurant is failing, food blogger Karim Al Jabri takes advantage of this and asks her for a sum of money in exchange for giving the restaurant a good review. Khaled helps Fayrouz sell housing units.

Hatem fires Fayrouz from her job after she quarreled with a client, so she looks for a new job. Dalal withdraws Saif's file from his school and struggles to find a new one for him.

Fayrouz meets Dalal and tells her that she has a school license and needs a partner. Hana gets involved in a case at work, while Fayrouz gets involved with her in an assault case. Dalal offers Fayrouz her land, which is suitable for setting up the school.

Dalal goes with Fayrouz to see the villa and is surprised by people claiming to be its owners, so she enlists the help of Hossam, and they cooperate together to try to get the villa back. Mazen is distressed by the problems of his daughter Karma after the death of his wife Hoda.

Many disputes occur between Dalal and Fayrouz before they finally agree to establish the school, and Ezz stipulates that he be the principal of the school and in charge of the project, and they agree to start implementing the project.

Masoud Zakaria, the owner of the largest group of schools in Egypt and the person who has the authority to control most of the new schools, comes to the school and warns them not to take any action without referring to him. Fayrouz and Dalal begin, with Dr. Shehab's help, to interview teachers.

Parents come to apply for their children after an advertisement is posted on websites. Lamia agrees with Masoud to harm Dalal and Fayrouz's school because it negatively affects their schools, whereupon the school is closed by the inspection committee at the instigation of Masoud.

Dalal and Fayrouz try to find a way to meet the minister and find out the reasons for the school's closure. Haitham decides to file a suit for Saif's custody after learning that Raga has traveled and left Saif, while Khaled tries to reconcile Rana and Hisham.

The minister tries to help Dalal and Fayrouz to renew the licenses and start classes at the school. Khaled goes to the father of Asim, Fayrouz's deceased husband, to convince him of his desire to marry Fayrouz.

Adel tries to get close to Reham, and Nasser goes to Fayrouz's house and threatens her with getting custody of Farida if she gets married. Howaida rejects Ezz's marriage proposal because of what Dalal did with her son Adham.

Masoud asks Ahmed to praise Fatima's school in his program. Raga returns from travel after learning from the lawyer that Haitham has filed a suit to get custody of Saif, and Dalal leaves the house after what Khaled did with Nasser.

Mazen goes to Dalal at the hotel after she sent him a message by mistake instead of Adham. Hazem, Asim's brother, convinces Fayrouz to enter into a sham marriage with him. To return Saif to the school, Raga threatens Lamia, who writes about it in the press. Shehab intervenes to convince Raga to keep Saif in the school.

Lamia incites the school chef to put a laxative for the children in the meals, but Ezz, Esmat, and Hana quickly act on the issue and calm the parents down. Fayrouz travels to Asyut to Asim's family and demands her share in the inheritance, but Nasser threatens her.

Hana takes Dalal in and hosts her at her home. Raga tries to reach an agreement with Haitham to resolve the issue of Saif's custody, while Dalal gets close to Fayrouz's family.

Raga apologizes to Dalal, and Rami Al Aydi agrees to post a video about the school's advantages, while Masoud incites Ali to seize the school with a forged contract.

Thugs attack the school, and the police are informed. Rami appears with Ahmed on his program, explains what happened in the school, and motivates parents to withdraw their children's files.

Masoud meets Dalal, promises to solve all her problems with Haitham, and offers her a job with a big salary. On the other hand, Adel tries to get close to parents in order to give their children private lessons.

Fayrouz records Chef Amir's confession that Taymor and Lamia were the ones who incited him to put the herbs for the kids, so Fayrouz monitors Taymor's behavior with them. Mazen's forced to leave Karma with Dalal because he's traveling. Rana agrees with Fayrouz to leave her gold with Hana and inform Hisham of that.

Souad, Esmat's aunt, visits Cairo to undergo an operation and stays in Esmat's house. Farida and Saif decide to help Hamza after he stole money from Hisham to buy a toy on the Internet. Together, they try to collect the money so that Hisham does not know about it.

Haitham finds out what Saif and Farida did for Hamza, and Taymor informs Reham that Adel is deceiving her and taking advantage of her, so she decides to teach the latter a lesson.

Haitham introduces Saif to his fiancée, and she manages to adapt to him, while Ezz thinks about how to tell Raga of his wish to marry Howaida. Dalal and Fayrouz confront Taymor about the recorded confession of Chef Amir saying what he did.

As Fayrouz discovers by chance that Adel is staying at the school, he explains to her his circumstances and his escape from creditors. Elsewhere, Hana refuses to give Rana the gold in order to preserve it.

Mazen surprises Dalal by promising to ask for her hand in marriage, but he breaks his promise and surprises everyone by asking for Fayrouz's hand amidst Dalal's shock. Joe, the representative of the international agency, visits Adam to discuss the learning method to grant the school an international license.

Mazen proposes to Fayrouz, and Dalal confronts him about what he did to her. As Karma objects to Mazen and Fayrouz's relationship, Mazen tries to smooth things between them after Rana refused to give him the gold. Hisham decides to sell the apartment with a lease to guarantee Rana and Hamza's right to it.

Nasser agrees with Khaled to kidnap Farida, and Khaled implements the agreement, fearing for Farida. Dalal enlists Hossam's help to end her partnership with Fayrouz after she was shocked by what Mazen did.

As Hisham succeeds in his project, Asim asks him to patch things up with Rana. Reham takes revenge on Adel, tells him she knows he's been using her, and submits her resignation to Ezz. Dalal's lawsuit against Fayrouz is rejected, so Masoud takes advantage of the dispute between them in his favor.

Masoud manipulates Dalal and Fayrouz and makes them a tempting offer. Ezz rebukes Dalal for filing the lawsuit without his knowledge, while Fayrouz discovers that Mazen knows Masoud.

When Dalal and Fayrouz confront Mazen about what he did, he admits that Masoud tempted him with paying his debts in exchange for his help, whereupon Dalal and Fayrouz reconcile and pledge to carry on with the school project.

Following the news of the leaking of the exams and the hacking of the school's site, Sunbati, the employee fired from the ministry, impersonates the deputy minister and threatens to close the school, but Dalal and Fayrouz figure it out, and Lamia's instigation and her being behind the leaking of the exams are revealed.

The bank seizes the school because of the late installments and puts it up for public auction, but the auction is canceled at the last moment after settling with the bank with the help of Hossam. Work continues in the school, and the minister praises them after attending the end-of-year ceremony.
